GENERAL DESIGN:

EX is a wind-driven kinetic stainless steel sculpture in the form of an EXclamation Mark.

The public can walk underneath the 60ft tall "EXclamation Mark" as it slowly tilts due to the wind on the upper part. A gyroscopic suspension system ensures that movement is possible in ALL horizontal directions, but only to a limited degree, as the main weight in the Exclamation Point always brings it back to its original position when the wind subsides!
